Explanation of the Request:
The MBU-20A/P Oxygen Mask with Mask Light provides a number of proven performance enhancements over previous oxygen mask technology, which is why the Air Force approved it for fleet wide implementation in an effort to standardize to one common oxygen mask. Additional quantities of the MBU-20A/P Oxygen Mask with Mask Light are needed to successfully complete the Air National Guard fleet-wide implementation and standardization to the MBU-20A/P Oxygen Mask, reducing operational support costs and providing enhanced comfort to aircrews.
