Los Angeles County Flood Control District

Project Name: Arroyo Seco Watershed Feasibility Study

Request Amount: $500,000

Project Recipient:  Los Angeles County Flood Control District

Address:  900 S. Freemont Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91803

Explanation of the Request:
Feasibility study and ultimately a watershed management plan which will focus on the restoration of the natural hydrologic function of the watershed and the management of water resources and water quality improvement including habitat and recreational resource restoration.  This project will be conducted under the authority for the Los Angeles County Drainage Area and received previous Corps GI funding in FY09.
