2009 Surface Transportation Reauthorization Requests

San Bernardino Associated Governments

The San Bernardino Associated Governments’ (SANBAG) request is for the I-15/I-215/Devore Interchange project for $151 million.  The project includes right-of-way acquisition, realigning the movements to provide connectivity of the I-15 as the principal through move, constructing an additional mixed flow lane in each direction from Glen Helen Parkway to I-215, eliminating a lane drop and constructing truck by-pass connectors through the interchange.  This project will address the principal bottleneck on a designated Trade Corridor of National Significance critical to interstate commerce, international trade and local economic development.
