Funding will be used to grade separate Monte Vista Avenue from the Union Pacific Railroad tracks in order to improve freight movement, increase public safety, decrease emissions from eliminating idling vehicles and reduce congestion.  Located along the Alameda Corridor East in San Bernardino County, authorized in SAFETEA-LU.
